A few weeks ago protesters gathered in front of City Hall on a Sunday morning and voice their opposition to Proposition 8 passing in the recent elections. Been working on a bigger project about two different groups of people--a newlywed same sex couple as well as a newlywed Mormon couple.
I'm also spending some time within the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints here in San Francisco. The people over there are very helpful and accommodating, it will be nice to add more spirituality based photos to the long term essay.
The project should be finished sometime around Christmas, hopefully I'll be able to draw some parallels between the two communities...they both have expressed independently of each other they are misunderstood.
